Follow these steps to add a new Delivery Customization rule:
1. Open the Extreme Checkout Customizer app dashboard.
2. Click on "Manage Delivery Rules" or "Add Delivery Rule".
3. Fill in a Rule Title (for reference purposes only; not visible to customers).
4. Add conditions based on criteria such as Amount Spent, Email, Country, etc.
5. Combine multiple conditions using AND / OR logic.
6. Specify the operations to perform when the conditions are met, such as renaming or hiding delivery methods.
7. Click "Save".
